About Us
With a degree in Urban Estate Surveying, Jean has thirty-five years of experience in housing association development. She is a highly accomplished housing professional and has the ability to work at both an operational and strategic level.
Jean is experienced in delivering a wide range of schemes including small rural projects, large mixed use, multi-tenure regeneration schemes and supported housing schemes such as extra care. At a strategic level she is an effective senior manager, growing the business and delivering the programme through her wide professional network and by motivating and inspiring colleagues to achieve their best.

Project Delivery
Adopting a project team approach to deliver a range of schemes from a small rural to a large mixed use, multi-tenure regeneration scheme. Projects have included new build, Section 106 and refurbishment.
Business Growth
Growing the programme of a Midlands housing association from an average of 80 to 500 new homes per annum. In 2016/17, they were the 17th largest developing housing association with 614 new homes completed.
Strategic Project Lead
Project Lead for large strategic regeneration projects including an award winning scheme comprising extra care, a high quality dementia unit, GP’s surgery, supported housing and extensive community facilities.
Strategic Leadership
Ability to assess resources and structure required to achieve strategic outcomes, and adopting a lean approach to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Award Winning
Leading the team of a Midlands housing association to win the ‘Development Team of the Year’ in 2014 at the Housing Heroes awards ceremony.
Securing Grant
Securing grant of £120m for a Midlands housing association including £60m for the 2016/21 programme, the largest allocation in the country outside of London.
